Seeking Beauty and True Power - we must learn to creatively channel our senses before we can control or withdraw them. Learn sweet, self-soothing, constructive sense therapies and no longer have our sense desires cause disruption, distraction and destruction. spiRITUALize the use of our senses and practice the presence of the Divine we feel in our hearts. Resourcing ourselves with practical Ayurveda and Bhakti Yoga, with ideas for ways that we can share practices easily with beginners and in secular spaces.

- Live zoom sessions – Saturdays 8-10 AM PST and Wednesdays 4-6pm PST. You will be able to access the recordings of these if you are unable to attend live
- (Optional) Live Book Discussion (not 12-step) – Tuesdays 12:00 PM PST.
These hours not included in CE hours - (Optional) Live 12-step recovery – Sundays 8:00 AM PST all fellowships together, open meeting (no teaching just sharing)

Over this 24-week online series of Creative Self-Inquiry, offered in 3 Modules, we look at the roots of our addictive behaviors. Treat the Roots not the Symptoms. It is the nature of humans to create narrative. As healers we allow the story to be told, listen deeply, then help re-weave the story
